Our Service Options

Brilliant! Medical has had physical locations since 2006, but how people shop is changing. Instead of a standard internet model, we’ve decided to combine the online shopping experience with the model we’ve had since we opened.

Our vision is to provide reliable products and dependable service through a caring staff.

It’s no secret that retail brick and mortar stores are being quickly replaced by online shopping experiences. However, a lot of the products we sell are not easy to buy online. Our idea is to bring the products to you, so you can choose what best suits your needs. In short, we’ll bring our store to you!

With our new home evaluation service, you can schedule a free consultation. A staff member will come to your house and discuss your needs. Once we understand your needs, we can show you several product options to meet those needs. You choose which items you want, and we only charge you for those items.

For example, If you are in need of a lift chair, we can bring several to your house so you can choose the one that’s most comfortable for you. If you need options to make your bathroom safer, we can bring an assortment of shower chairs, grab bars, and toileting aids to keep you safe at home!

If you know exactly what you need or live outside of our service area, you can order online for quick and easy shipping.

And if you want to visit us in-store, we have two convenient locations.

Who we are

Kyle and Jamie Mittendorf opened Brilliant! Medical Boutique in February of 2006 in Weatherford, Texas. Jamie previously managed a medical supply store in Nashville, Tennessee, and when it came time to establish roots, they moved to Weatherford, Texas, to do just that.

Kyle and Jamie opened Brilliant! Medical Boutique because they had a strong desire to help others. As Christians, they have always viewed their business as a way to serve others. Kyle and Jamie also hoped that once they started a family, Brilliant! Medical Boutique would help give them the flexibility to focus on their family as well.

In 2008, they hired Amy Kramer to help them run their business. Amy had expertise in managing a retail store and has been an invaluable asset since her very first day. Shortly after hiring Amy, they opened a second location in Arlington, Texas, which was later moved to its current location in Fort Worth, Texas.

In the years following Kyle and Jamie had two children, Jake, who is now 11, and Allison, who is 8.

Kyle and Jamie are most proud of the people they’ve served and the wonderful staff that works for their vision every day. As a small, family-owned business, we hope you’ll give Brilliant! Medical Boutique a chance to serve you.

We’re An “Online Brick And Mortar,” With Two Brick And Mortar Locations

We’re not a faceless internet site dropping your product off at the curb (that’s what free shipping is online.) We’ll deliver the product, bring it in your home, set it up, make sure it works, give you all the instructions you need and make sure you understand how to use the product. We’re a full-service, one-stop shop. And down the road, if you ever need to service your product, call us and we’ll fix the product.
We have three ways to shop:
